Sailing in the Gulf of Mexico
It’s always our intention to sail in the Gulf of Mexico on every cruise. However, there are some days that the seas are too choppy for us to safely cruise in the Gulf. Therefore, we have an alternative route if we are unable to cruise in the Gulf. This applies to all of our cruises, including the beach/shelling cruise.

Are reservations required?
Reservations are strongly suggested. During high season months (December-April) our sunset cruises typically sell out weeks in advance.

What time should we arrive before our cruise?
We begin boarding 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. There is no reserved seating. Seating is first come first serve. During high season months it is recommended to arrive early.

What should we wear?
Casual clothing attire is recommended on all cruises. For our beach and shelling cruises you are welcome to wear swimsuits. Don’t forget the towels and sunscreen. We don’t recommend swimsuits on the sunset cruise.

Can we bring our own food & drinks?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring a SMALL cooler with your own food and beverages. Alcohol is permitted. Glass bottles are ok. Remember to bring your own cups, plates, utensils if needed. We do not sell alcohol on board. There are light snacks and beverages available for purchase if you don’t bring your own. Please remember we prefer SMALL coolers, not large ones.

We have an open air (no air conditioning) cabin with tables and seating. We also welcome passengers to sit directly on the deck on the bow (front of the boat). We do not allow passengers to lay in the nets on the bow.

The boat is typically accessed using two steps depending on the tide level. There are also steps going down into the cabin area. There are hand rails along the entire way.

We have two restrooms on board. No showers.

Life jackets
We have 55 life jackets on board. Passengers are NOT required to wear these during the cruise.
